Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through PokeProxyCrafts (hereafter referred to as “the webshop”). By placing an order through the webshop, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
The webshop specializes in the sale of physical trading cards and related products. The webshop reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable at the time of purchase will apply to the order.
2. Products and Product Information
All products offered through the webshop are described as accurately as possible. Product photos are intended to provide a clear representation of the item. Because trading cards are collectible items, minor differences in color, centering, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product photos and descriptions before placing an order.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the webshop are in euros (€).
Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
The webshop reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical issue, the customer will be informed and may choose to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.
4. Orders
An order is considered complete once payment has been received and the customer has received an order confirmation.
The webshop reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or availability issues. If payment has already been made, the customer will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, postal service delays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside the webshop’s control.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. The webshop is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
For international orders outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the webshop within the applicable period and clearly indicate the intention to return the product.
Returned items must be unused and returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging where applicable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Because trading cards are collectible items whose value can depend heavily on condition, returned cards must be handled carefully. Any damage, alteration, or deterioration may affect eligibility for a refund.
7. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting a returned product, the webshop will process an approved refund using the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within the legally required timeframe after approval of the return.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a product arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been sent, the customer should contact the webshop as soon as possible after delivery and provide relevant information, including photos where applicable.
The webshop will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution.
9. Liability
The webshop takes care to provide accurate product information and properly package orders. However, the webshop cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
10. Privacy
Personal information provided during ordering is processed in accordance with the webshop’s Privacy Policy. Customer information is only used for processing orders, providing customer service, and fulfilling legal obligations.
